What is Butt Lift Aesthetics?

Buttock aesthetics involve surgical or non-surgical procedures aimed at enhancing the shape, volume, and contour of the buttocks. These procedures are typically customized based on the individual’s desires and anatomical features. Here are some common types of buttock aesthetics:

  1. Buttock Augmentation (Buttock Injections): Buttock augmentation involves adding volume to the buttock area using fat injections or filler substances. In this procedure, usually the patient’s own fat or filler substances like hyaluronic acid are injected into the buttock area.
  2. Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL): BBL is a procedure that uses fat injection to increase volume in the buttock area. During this procedure, fat is harvested from other areas of the body via liposuction, processed, and then injected into the buttock area. This procedure not only enhances buttock volume but also reduces excess fat in other areas of the body.
  3. Buttock Lift: Buttock lift, also known as buttock lift surgery, is a surgical procedure performed to correct sagging in the buttock area and achieve a more youthful and firm appearance. In this procedure, excess skin and tissues are removed, and the buttock area is lifted and tightened.
  4. Buttock Slimming: Buttock slimming procedures use liposuction or other fat reduction techniques to reduce excess fat in the buttock area and achieve a thinner appearance.

Each buttock aesthetic procedure is customized based on the individual’s anatomical structure, desires, and goals. It is important to consult with a plastic surgeon to determine which procedure is most suitable for the individual. Additionally, appropriate pre-operative and post-operative care and recovery are necessary for any surgical procedure.

Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), also known as buttock lift, is one of the most popular procedures in buttock aesthetics, aimed at creating a fuller and more shapely buttock appearance. In recent years, BBL has become one of the most commonly performed procedures within the field of buttock aesthetics, encompassing several different techniques. During the BBL procedure, fat tissue harvested from various parts of the body, primarily the hips, is injected into the buttocks, resulting in a fuller appearance.

How is Brazilian Butt Lift Done?

During the implementation of this method, a person’s own fat cells are used. Since the fats found in certain areas of the body are resistant to melting, they need to be removed using methods similar to liposuction. In addition to this, the fat cells taken from these areas are purified in a laboratory environment and then used as a filler material in the same person. This is seen in Brazilian buttock procedures where these fats are injected.

What methods can be used in Brazilian butt aesthetics?

There are two stages to this surgery. The first is the thinning of the abdomen and waist area and giving this area an athletic appearance. This way, while these areas are slimmed down, the fat tissue taken from these areas is prepared for injection into the buttocks.

If enough fat can be collected from the patient, these fats can be injected into the buttocks to achieve a beautiful buttock appearance. In cases where there is not enough fat in the patient, Brazilian buttock aesthetics are applied to enlarge the buttocks.

In some patients, both fat tissue and buttock implants can be used to achieve more prominent and round buttocks. When the amount of fat taken from the patient is insufficient, buttock prostheses can be used in combination with fat injection to achieve a beautiful appearance.

Who can have Brazilian butt aesthetics surgery?

Differences in the shape of the buttocks arise due to the genetic structures of individuals. Brazilian butt procedures are needed to correct these differences. Women with a loose buttock structure can achieve a firmer buttock structure with this method. Therefore, this method can be applied to all patients who desire aesthetic purposes in the buttock structure.

Any patient who has reached the age of 18 and has a normal or near-normal body mass index (BMI) can have this surgery.

Recovery Process After Brazilian Butt Aesthetics

After this procedure, patients can typically stand up within two days at the latest, although this may vary from patient to patient. Patients may also experience pain or bruising after these procedures. These conditions are temporary and full recovery is achieved after a certain period. Patients are expected to be careful during the recovery process.
